September voyage to Mattituck
Joyce and I took a four-day weekend to visit Mattituck. We brought our folding bikes, which allowed us the mobility to visit nearby vineyards and beaches. We swam in Peconic Bay on a sunny and warm day.

We met a nice couple at anchor in Mattituck. This is Kevin & Annie's lovely Island Packet 37 "Tiller the Hun", which they invited us over to for sunset cocktails. As much as we love our J/30 for cruising, there's something to be said about traveling in
real style!

This is the Pellegrini vineyard a couple miles from town on the North Fork. Very picturesque.

This is the wine cellar. That fence is locked.
Joyce checked.
Lucky for the wine.

"No dear, you can't have it!"
