No wind. Our class started and we were stuck about five boat lengths from the line. It took us NINETEEN MINUTES AND THIRTY-TWO SECONDS to cross the start line! Needless to say, we retired after another fifteen minutes found us about five boat lengths past the line with no wind in sight.

Great night! We had a full crew for a breezy race (J.R., Janel, Lee, Derek, Joyce and me) and it was cool to see everyone wearing their crew shirts yet again.
The boat is sailing really well, and our crew is getting better every race. We had a nice amount of wind last night, and a longish course of WNDWNWS which was great for the conditions.
After the race we saw John's band Commercial Interruption at Daniel Street. Here's a photo:
We're going to miss next week's race, which sadly is the WAH III, but we're so far out of it this year that we're willing to let some other boats win a trophy for a change. Besides, our trophy case is getting so full that I've had to discard my Daytime Emmy, two MTV Movie Awards, and my Nobel Prize for Particle Physics in order to make room for all of Joyce's trophies.
Anyway, we'll be racing again on the 23rd, for the Port Milford Party.
OK, so I didn't take any photos during the race tonight.
We had a fun race, with the usual crew J.R., Lee, Janel, and Derek joining Joyce and me, and after a very light wind start, the breeze filled in and we rounded the course (DWSES) before sunset. Schock Therapy was the RC and did a nice job. J.R. took over steering after we reached the first mark, and I got to be crew for most of the race (although I reclaimed the helm when it was time to do the very real post-race work of stowing the sails!)
Tomorrow I need the boatyard to haul my boat and remove the folding prop, to send it out and have it refurbished, so after a nice post-race sail, we came in after dark and parked the boat in the haul-out well for an early AM hauling. Before leaving, I snapped the photo below of our brand-new tiller:
